With the exception of our pressure treated buildings all our Garden Sheds are treated with an oil based preservative before leaving the factory. However you will need to treat your new Shed with an oil based treatment on the outside only soon after delivery and annually thereafter.

kelly Barna recommend Bondex or Sadoline which can be bought from your local hardware Store.

Should you notice any knots loose, or small cracks, this is normal with timber but you should fill the gaps with a wood filler before treating.

Remember to oil the door hinges regularly. Prop the door open on good drying days to allow the timber to acclimatise.

During stormy weather ensure the door is kept shut to avoid damage.
